Job description:

Hiring for a Client Services Account Manager for a US based marketing agency. This is a part time role with flexible work hours but needs good overlap with US hours (10-15 hours/week)

Project Coordination & Workflow Tracking

◦ Ensure smooth execution of client projects by tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables.

◦ Monitor SOP adherence and improve efficiency.

◦ Serve as the bridge between strategy , client management , and outsourced execution teams.

Budget Tracking & Financial Oversight

◦ Work closely with the team to track project budgets, billable hours, and profitability.

◦ Ensure projects remain within scope and flag potential overruns early.

◦ Collaborate with finance to align project timelines with invoicing cycles.

Digital Marketing Knowledge & Campaign Execution Support

◦ Must understand SEO, content, analytics, and paid media to effectively manage project execution.

◦ Work with outsourced execution teams to ensure deliverables meet DG's strategic standards.

◦ Identify inefficiencies in execution and suggest workflow improvements.

Reporting & Process Optimization

◦ Generate internal reports on project efficiency, resource allocation, and financial health.

◦ Identify where time is wasted or where processes can be automated/improved.

◦ Support in data analysis and reporting to optimize project outcomes.
