Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies, focusing on Europe, UAE, and Thailand as key outbound destinations.


Candidate Requirements:

               •            Graduate in Business / Tourism / Hospitality.

               •            5–7 years B2B sales experience in the travel industry.

               •            Strong travel agency network in Chennai

               •            Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

               •            Knowledge of Europe, UAE & Thailand travel products.

               •            Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

               •            Willingness to travel extensively.

·              • Preference – If candidate has worked for a longer period of their career in a large organization specific to Travel Planning & Agency as a B2B Sales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

               •            Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B travel partners.

               •            Build and manage strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel players.

               •            Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from Europe, UAE, and Thailand products.

               •            Conduct sales calls, product training, and destination presentations.

               •            Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

               •            Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.

               •            Work with marketing teams on promotions and incentives.
