Social Media Specialist


Reporting to

Head Communication

Overview / Detailed Job Summary

You will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and requires excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying current with the latest trends.


Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand goals.

Identify key platforms (Social Media Platforms) and tailor content for each.

Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent online presence.

Brand: Start with US, Europe & Expand to India, Japan

Generate and publish daily content that resonates with our audience.

Optimize content for maximum engagement, considering platform-specific nuances.

Craft compelling captions, graphics, and videos.

Optimize company pages on various social media platforms.

Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

Interpret data to refine strategies and improve results.

Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience (relevant) required: 8-15 years.

Manager to Senior-Manager

  • degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • experience in managing social media platforms for brands.
  • knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Technical and Soft Skills

  • written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strategic acumen.

Good at Analytics to help the organization to use social media metrics to drive data-driven insights.
