Job description:

We seek a social media specialist to join our rapidly expanding team, specializing in proprietary architectural educational scale models. Your passion for social media and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices will be crucial in realizing our growth objectives.


Applicants must showcase a keen interest in graphics design and video editing, strategic thinking, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to professional excellence. Precision and attention to detail are mandatory in all aspects of work. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  2. Managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring activity.
  3. Developing comprehensive social media plans aligned with overall marketing goals.
  4. Analyzing social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
  5. Implementing paid social advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  6. Staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  8. Engaging with influencers and fostering partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
  9. Monitoring industry trends and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities.
  10. Providing regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and ROI.


Skills Required:

  1. Content Creation: Writing, graphic design, photography, and video production.
  2. Social Media Management Tools: Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout Social.
  3. Analytics and Data Interpretation: Tracking performance, and identifying trends.
  4. Community Engagement: Strong communication to interact with followers.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Developing aligned social media plans.
  6. Paid Advertising: Managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
  7. SEO Knowledge: Basics for optimizing content visibility.
  8. Creativity and Innovation: Generating unique campaign ideas.
  9. Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to changes in algorithms and trends.
  10. Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
  11. Time Management: Organizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  12. Branding Understanding: Maintaining consistency across channels.
