Job Description - Senior Sales Executive


We are looking for Senior Sales Executive for one of our client which is an award winning digital commerce agency that specializes in building enterprise-grade ecommerce solutions for retail, B2B and B2C companies. They leverage powerful and flexible platforms like Adobe Commerce, Pimcore, Fluent Commerce etc to build highly customized and fully integrated omnichannel commerce platforms for clients.


With over 240+ people, they headquartered in Bangalore with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Calicut, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. They are the ecommerce technology partners for brands such as Aldo, Carter’s, Coach, Kate Spade, Reebok, Candere by Kalyan Jewellers etc. They believe in the Win-Win Win philosophy which ensures growth and success for their employees, customers and investors.


The Senior Sales Executive will be crucial in accelerating Codilar Technologies' growth in the Saudi market. This role demands a dynamic sales professional with over 4 years of experience,

who excels in a high-energy environment and consistently exceeds sales targets. The successful

candidate will manage the entire sales cycle and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure

exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting suitable solutions.

● Actively pursue new sales opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.

● Utilize your previous expertise and experience in the realm of enterprise Ecommerce sales.

● Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline and ensure a high conversion rate.

● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Head, ensuring transparency and accountability.

● Utilize CRM tools to track and manage all sales activities, ensuring accurate and up- to-date client information.

● Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

● Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Codilar Technologies, network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, and share valuable insights and leads with the internal team.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on business development and sales hunting.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Experience in Magento or similar services sales is a strong advantage

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
