We are looking for

Project Manager – Creative Technology


Location: Bangalore | Chennai


We have an exciting role of Project Manager – Creative Technology to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

  • Manage the delivery of WebGL projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure project requirements are understood and met
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies where necessary
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure their development and growth


You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented designers to deliver high-quality services.


This may be the right role for you if you have

  • 12+ years of professional experience in experience as a creative technology project manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Creative project management, preferably in a WebGL development environment
  • Strong understanding of WebGL technology and its capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Manage multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables.
  • Understand client expectations and internal timelines around creative deliverables.
