Job Overview: We are seeking a Creative Manager with a strong artistic vision and expertise in designing and executing digital and creative campaigns specifically tailored for the Food & Beverage and Alcoholic Beverage industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of these markets and possess the ability to create compelling content that engages and inspires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development and execution of integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on innovative solutions for F&B and alcoholic beverage clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Oversee and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral, including graphics, video content, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met across all channels.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a cost-effective manner.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
  • Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams.
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, and web developers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a creative role, with a strong portfolio in digital marketing campaigns in the F&B and Alcoholic Beverages sector.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools, such as social media and digital media formats.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively under pressure and deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Effective team management capabilities with an emphasis on inspiring creativity and productivity.
