Create, maintain and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to study processes and design data pipelines to streamline the flow of accurate and clean data for KPI reporting and dashboarding.


Job Requirements

Education

Finance Background with Computer science


Technical Know-how/Tools used

  • 0-3 years a Data Analyst experience
  • Proficiency with Excel Macros, SQL, Power Bi, VBA, and Snowflake
  • Proficiency with Reporting, Financial Reporting, budgeting, and forecasting


Behavioral Skills

  • Ability to understand changes in situations and proactively thinks of new ideas
  • Ability to respect team diversity, and understand individual goals and their alignment to the organizational objectives Ability to adopt an innovative approach in delivery and understand stakeholder needs or concerns, and ensure timely resolution

Operational Skills

  • Act as a interface between the operations team and the senior management to facilitate the conversion data into consumable and actionable insights.

Key Result Areas

  • Ensure timely publish of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Creating zero touch point reporting by leveraging tools like Macros, Python etc.
