Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer III is a key member of our technology team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our core application projects. This role requires a strong understanding of test automation principles and experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using a Ruby Cucumber framework for multiple applications, including web-based, web services, and database systems.
  • Contribute to the extension and maintenance of our existing test automation framework.
  • Execute tests as needed throughout projects, analyze and report test results, and identify and track defects through their lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training on testing practices and advise on the impacts of system changes.
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards, and credit card regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of test automation principles and experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Ruby and Cucumber.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
