About the Role:

GIST Impact is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Analyst with a strong background in recruitment and people operations. As a Senior Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise, guidance, and support in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for working with people and data.


Your responsibilities will include:

1. Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure positive candidate experience


2. Campus Placements:

  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment drives to attract fresh talent.
  • Build relationships with academic institutions to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Plan and execute on-campus presentations, workshops, and interview sessions.
  • Collaborate with college placement cells to schedule recruitment activities and ensure a smooth process.


3. Candidate Pipeline & Onboarding:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.


4. HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

  • Support the management data quality on HR platforms.
  • Support the development of HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Gather employee feedback and work with management to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities and events.


5. Industry Trends & Recruitment Activities:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
  • Research on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.


What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT terminology, job roles, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
