Hiring: Vice President (VP)Company: Hoora Technologies Location: Nagpur (In-office) Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Reports To: CEO / FounderAbout the Role Hoora Technologies is looking for a Vice President to act as the core business leader responsible for scaling the company’s entire ecosystem. This role owns end-to-end business performance across B2C Services (Hyperlocal) and D2C / E-commerce verticals, with full accountability for driving profitable growth and achieving ₹50+ Crore in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Ownership and Revenue GrowthOwn the unified P&L across all business verticals with a mandate to scale beyond ₹50+ Crore ARRDefine and execute growth strategies for Hyperlocal Services and D2C / E-commerce businessesOversee the launch, integration, and scaling of new verticals, including InsuranceScalable Systems and Operational ExcellenceDesign and implement scalable systems and processes to support revenue growth, market expansion, and service qualityDrive operational efficiency across supply chain, partner networks, and core business functionsAllocate resources and manage large budgets to maximize ROI across business unitsLeadership and Organizational CommandLead and mentor large, cross-functional teams of 200+ employeesAct as the strategic bridge between Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned executionIdeal Candidate Profile8+ years of progressive experience in business leadership rolesMinimum 5 years of direct P&L ownership for a significant business or verticalProven track record of driving ₹50+ Crore ARR in a previous roleExperience leading and scaling teams of 200+ membersStrong exposure to both Hyperlocal Services and Product-led D2C / E-commerce modelsPrior experience in consumer tech or marketplace companies such as Urban Company, Zomato, Swiggy, CarDekho, or similar is highly preferredStrong financial acumen and long-term strategic thinkingWhy Join Hoora TechnologiesOpportunity to lead and scale a multi-vertical consumer businessHigh ownership, authority, and direct impact on company growthWork closely with the Founder and leadership team on long-term strategyFast-growing, execution-driven environmentHow to Apply Interested candidates can share their profile at mayank@hoora.me
