Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to represent our UK-based school in India and potentially other countries. The ideal candidate will work under the preview of Unteched, driving enrollment and enhancing the school’s brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment from India and other assigned regions.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, agents, and institutions to promote our programs.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the school.
Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the regional market.
- Manage digital and offline marketing channels to build brand awareness.
- Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage potential students and their families.
Travelling : Should be open to travel as this position does require travelling within India and outside.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, agents, and local institutions.
- Provide regular updates to the UK school on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective students, parents, and partners in the region.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve strategies and approaches.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education market and experience working in international education is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
