Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. The Workday Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Workday implementations, integrations, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday development, integrations, and troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform.

· Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various integration tools and technologies, such as Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and web services.

· Configure and customize Workday reports, calculated fields, and business processes to meet client needs.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance during all phases of Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations, reports, and configurations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of Workday solutions.

· Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices, and assess their impact on existing configurations and integrations.

· Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations, and maintain accurate project documentation.

· Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enable the broader team to enhance their Workday technical skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience working as a Workday Technical Consultant or similar role.

· Workday integration experience using Workday Studio, EIBs, and web services.

· Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, such as Report Writer and Composite Reports.

· Strong understanding of Workday data model, security framework, and business process configuration.

· Experience with Workday Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits) and Cloud Connect for third-party integrations.

· Familiarity with Workday implementation methodologies and best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Workday certification(s) preferred.

· Experience with other HRIS systems and integrations is a plus.
