Roles and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, router configuration, modem settings, and LAN configuration.
  • Provide technical support to customers through emails, and chats.
  • Assist customers with configuring their networks using various devices such as routers and modems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a International voice or Network Support (technical support Voice).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Strong understanding of blended process, international BPO, networking concepts, and network troubleshooting techniques.
  • Graduation mandatory.
  • Must be flexible to work in Us - Night shift.
  • Looking for Immediate joiners.
