- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, router configuration, modem settings, and LAN configuration.
- Provide technical support to customers through emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with configuring their networks using various devices such as routers and modems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a International voice or Network Support (technical support Voice).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Strong understanding of blended process, international BPO, networking concepts, and network troubleshooting techniques.
- Graduation mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work in Us - Night shift.
- Looking for Immediate joiners.
