The Core Purpose of this role:

The purpose of the HR Operations & Recruitment Manager is to lead our projected headcount growth, leveraging our deeply mission- and values-driven culture, to share our story with candidates and to ensure that we have the best talent available to help Magicminds achieve its corporate goals and objectives.

 Day-to-Day tasks include Tech Profile Sourcing, Agency Head Hunting. Knowledge and expertise in various technologies. Well-versed in various screening activities. Worked extensively into internal operations and b2b relationships. Partner closely with end clients (talent suppliers) and hiring managers (internal sales and end clients) to understand the requirements of the position and scope of responsibilities. Good hands-on data management and report generation. My Day-to-Day tasks included Tech Profile Sourcing, Agency Head Hunting. Knowledge and expertise in various technologies.  Job description

  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans for IT recruitment process, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
  • Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture
  • Owning the plan to produce the desired results which are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
  • Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the IT human resource marketplace and industry for the company
  • Providing guidance to sales, operations and product teams
  • Reporting updates to CEO, COO, other management team members and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals


 Responsibilities :

- Deliver on our recruitment objectives in line with our organizational values

- Draft job descriptions and all kinds of communication targeted at future and current employees.

- Workforce planning in partnership with the founder & head of operations

Establish and lead the talent management department, including contract hiring processes.

 - Plan and manage the priorities of the team's strategic activities, ensuring that business needs are reflected in the team's roadmap.

 - Serve as the primary point of contact for the team's stakeholders and ensure alignment with the organization's vision and mission across departments.

 - Set, coordinate, and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team.

 - Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams.

 - Manage budgeting and resource allocation procedures for the team.

 - Improve end-to-end candidate experience, through increased interview effectiveness, resulting in positive feedback from candidates

- Efficiently hire; retain and develop appropriate talent for the company Harness data to plan, review, assess, candidate profile, and re calibrate pipeline and performance

- Aligned organizational resources to maximize work effectiveness of employees and lead initiatives for developing ownership and attachment to the company's vision.

- Ensure a positive working relationship and create a culture of open progressive communication and mutual understanding between the HR and other departments at Magicminds.

 

 

Qualifications :

- Experience of leading HR & Talent Acquisition teams in a startup-like an environment

- At least 12 years of experience managing and expanding a high-growth start-up or proven expertise as a business leader in a well-established organization, especially in the IT human resources industry or marketplace

- Strong experience with recruiting funnel operations, enablement, and analytics; demonstrated ability to mentor recruiters to improve their performance using data

- A solid strategic thinker, with a strong operational focus, good judgment, and detail-oriented perspective

- Comfort collaborating with leadership teams to ideate, iterate, and scale

 -Experience in developing profitable strategies.

 -Deciding the hiring strategies (including selection of the BDMs and IT recruiters).

 -Complete business setup from scratch

 -An entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent work organization skills, ability to appropriately set priorities, and manage multiple projects

- A well organized, decisive, and self-directed individual with a strong ability to develop an organizational culture that fosters teamwork

- Manage relationships and contracts with outside agencies and consulting firms

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and to deliver high quality written and verbal presentations

- Strong workplace technology and internet skills
