Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Rupa And Company Limited, located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and policy development. The Manager will also handle employee onboarding, compliance with labor laws, and continuous improvement of HR processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and policies

  • Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in training and development
  • Knowledge of performance management and appraisal systems

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus
