Role Overview:

As a portfolio manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our portfolio and reporting products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our strategic goals.


What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager for our Portfolios and Reports module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the equity markets, with a strong background in portfolio management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product roadmap and strategy for the portfolio and reports module, focusing on delivering features that enhance functionality, user experience, and adoption.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Define and implement product strategies to drive growth and adoption of portfolio and reporting modules.
  • Enhance user experience by ensuring intuitive design and functionality of portfolio and reporting tools.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the portfolio and reports module.
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop robust reporting frameworks that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights to clients.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, or related field. CA qualification or pursuing CA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management on financial technology products.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, investment strategies and financial instruments.
  • In-depth knowledge of portfolio management principles and reporting functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
