Designation: Associate- Visa ApplicationBU: Study AbroadLocation: Noida-Sec 125Salary Range: 5LPA- 6LPAShift Details: Mon-Fri | 10:30AM- 7:30PM | Work From OfficeRole Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Visa Application to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.Key Responsibilities:Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Good communication skills (verbal & written).Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
