Job Title: Associate – Application SpecialistLocation: NoidaWork Mode: Work From OfficeShift: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PMRole Overview:The Associate – Application Specialist will manage learner applications and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth processing, timely tuition/deposit fee follow-ups, and accurate MIS reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end learner applications and document verification for university submissions.• Conduct rigorous follow-ups with learners for deposit and tuition fee payments.• Coordinate with internal and university teams for offer letter and payment updates.• Maintain accurate MIS tracking and ensure timely updates on CRM and trackers.• Ensure 100% compliance with process SLAs and intake timelines.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.• 0–2 years of experience in admissions / application operations / education domain preferred.• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.• Detail-oriented and target-driven mindset.
