Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and sales strategy, along with exceptional communication skills. As a key member of our sales team, the BDE will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.



Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Utilize various channels, such as online research, networking, and referrals, to generate leads.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and provide customized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.

Communication Skills:

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to the sales closing process.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
