OrangeFigs is your go-to for kids cooking experiences. We have handled nearly 5000 kids in the kitchen so far.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Hyderabad. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms, implementing digital marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing communications for the organization.

Your Role

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be our brand's voice of on Instagram and Facebook. You will craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost our brand visibility, drive engagement, and support our marketing and sales goals.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Design, implement, and manage a robust social media strategy focused on Instagram.
  2. Responsible for brand performance on Instagram. It should be revenue oriented rather than just creative oriented.
  3. Publish Monthly calendar. Not a typical template based posts on special occasions. Socialmedia calendar has to be engaging with high-quality content specifically tailored for Instagram
  4. Make sure all our experiences at The Culinary Lounge are captured well on Instagram to maximize the engagement.
  5. Content related to Pre, During and post for every event should be well planned and published on Instagram.
  6. Run ad campaigns with optimised budgets and targeted leads
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  8. Stay informed about the latest Instagram and Facebook trends and best practices.
  9. Leverage social media marketing tools for optimal performance.
  10. Engage with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.
  11. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  12. Suggest and implement new features like promotions and competitions to enhance brand awareness.


Expertise Required

  1. Obsessed about social media and self growth to be a domain expert with unconventional thought process.
  2. Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.
  3. Expertise in Instagram and Facebook.Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.
  4. Proven experience designing and executing creative paid marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
  5. Proficient with social media , Design and analytics software (Hoot suite, Canva , Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  6. Exceptional copywriting skills.
  7. Strong understanding of user-generated content management and reputation management.
  8. Ability to work independently and actively collaboratively within a high performance team.
  9. Excellent time management skills , being agile and the ability to manage multiple brands with changing priorities.
