It should be revenue oriented rather than just creative oriented.Publish Monthly calendar. Not a typical template based posts on special occasions. Socialmedia calendar has to be engaging with high-quality content specifically tailored for InstagramMake sure all our experiences at The Culinary Lounge are captured well on Instagram to maximize the engagement.Content related to Pre, During and post for every event should be well planned and published on Instagram.Run ad campaigns with optimised budgets and targeted leadsMonitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights.Stay informed about the latest Instagram and Facebook trends and best practices.Leverage social media marketing tools for optimal performance.Engage with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.Suggest and implement new features like promotions and competitions to enhance brand awareness.
Expertise RequiredObsessed about social media and self growth to be a domain expert with unconventional thought process.Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.Expertise in Instagram and Facebook.Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.Proven experience designing and executing creative paid marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.Proficient with social media , Design and analytics software (Hoot suite, Canva , Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).Exceptional copywriting skills.Strong understanding of user-generated content management and reputation management.Ability to work independently and actively collaboratively within a high performance team.Excellent time management skills , being agile and the ability to manage multiple brands with changing priorities.
