We aim to transform the thousands of dysfunctional water treatment facilities in factories and buildings through our technology to recycle more water as well as reduce water losses. We've been awarded by the World Economic Forum, Times Group, Cartier, Niti Aayog and FICCI, backed by leading investors across the world, and are serving 50+ customers like Tata Power, Reliance, Vedanta, Amazon and Leela Hotels across India. We’re looking for a motivated young professional to join our team from Stanford and IIT-Delhi and help us drive large scale impact.


About the role:


The Founder’s Office role is an inherently dynamic one which could involve doing anything and everything required to make the company scale at any point. Expect a rewarding and challenging role that will provide a massive growth opportunity for those looking to work closely with a founding team and learn what it takes to build a startup.


The key responsibilities will entail:


  1. Taking charge of People Operations. This means running and organizing everything related to building and maintaining culture, whether it’s organizing team activities or driving continuous internal messaging on company values. This also means ensuring all people processes are running smoothly, be it the onboarding process, performance evaluation process, regular feedback mechanisms and more.
  2. Driving company messaging externally by taking charge of company branding, PR, securing external opportunities to share our story and so on
  3. Driving the hiring of high quality talent
  4. Driving innovation and process improvement across the company by enabling adoption of AI across every layer of the company as well as working on debottlenecking any company process as and when needed
  5. Ensuring smooth business reporting from all business verticals
  6. Supporting on key large deals
  7. Ensuring smooth running of corporate functions. This includes ensuring key functions like admin, finance, contracts, legal and so on are smoothly managed with the support of a team to execute on the same.
  8. Any other Special Projects such as managing DigitalPaani’s next fundraise


About you:


The ideal candidate for this role meets the following requirements:


  1. Drive and motivation. This role will be demanding and need someone who’s willing to push themselves and work relentlessly as needed. This is not a 9 to 5.
  2. Sharpness. Candidates will be assessed on their ability to process any type of new information and work on something new rapidly
  3. Ambition. The ideal candidate is likely only 2-5 years into their career but with a desire to see a 1-10 journey in a startup closely, perhaps with the goal of scaling companies or building their own startup later.
  4. Ideally 2-5 years of experience, preferably with a stint in a VC-backed startup environment
  5. Consistent record of excellence across academic and professional performance
  6. Excellent communication skills, people skills, and project management skills


This will be an in-person role in our office in Gurgaon.
