We are looking for an VP level position for PR & Communications at GIVA Bangalore Location.


As someone who leads PR at GIVA, you'll be instrumental in elevating our brand's visibility and positioning GIVA as a leading jewelry brand. You'll develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Your expertise in crafting award-evening campaigns for jewelry and lifestyle brands, coupled with your understanding of lab-grown diamonds, will be invaluable.



KRAs


  • Media Relations Management: Build and leverage strong relationships in fashion, lifestyle, and business media outlets, as well as industry leaders, to secure high-impact media coverage.
  • Agency Relations: Navigate relationships with external PR agencies to ensure alignment with GIVA's vision and growth strategy.
  • Campaign Strategizing: Develop KPIs and OKRs, oversee timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful campaign execution. Experience in creating award evening campaigns. Prior experience in the jewelry industry and knowledge of lab grown diamonds is a plus.

  • Campaign Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end PR campaigns for product launches, festive collections, and brand collaborations. Oversee press releases, media kits, and other materials to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal board of CXOs.
  • Crisis Management: Serve as the point person for crisis communication and devise plans for online reputation management as and when needed.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse PR campaign results, derive insights, and refine strategies based on data-driven decision-making.

  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate PR resources to maximize brand impact and media reach.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the internal PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Marketing, Communications, PR or related fields.
  • 12-15+ years of experience in PR & communications.
  • Strong understanding of PR concepts and good relations with agencies.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative and a problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
