Established in 1990, the Institute of Directors (IOD) is a national association of Corporate Directors in India under the 'Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860'. IOD is a pioneer in introducing Corporate Governance training and is associated with over 30,000 senior executives from Government, PSU, and private organizations. The institute is dedicated to discussing boardroom issues for governance, sustainability, and growth through various activities like trainings, research, publications, and global conventions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Manager in Corporate Relations & Business Development at the Institute of Directors (IOD) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role involves managing corporate relations, fostering business relationships, effective communication, financial analysis, and sales strategies to drive business growth and development.
Qualifications
Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills
Excellent Communication skills (both written & verbal)
Legal, SEBI Regulations, Corporate Laws, Finance knowledge
Marketing expertise
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Experience in corporate governance or business excellence is a plus
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Legal or CS/Semi Qualified CS or related field
Behavioral Skills :-
Should have a Go-getter mentality and demonstrated ability as an effective self-starter.
Must have strong Business acumen and Presentation Skills.
Salary commensurate with qualification, and quality knowledge.
Official Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (5-days) 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
