As a rapidly growing D2C brand, we have already an enviable sales figure driven largely by performance marketing. Now we are a looking for an inhouse star to handle this function for us and be part of a young, fun and an empowered team.
Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Performance Marketer who is already a proven expert in their field. This is not a role for someone who needs guidance; we need someone who can hit the ground running, delivering results from day one. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns with a laser focus on achieving the highest possible return on ad spend (ROAS). Your work will directly impact our growth, revenue, and brand presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and drive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Amazon, and quick commerce channels with minimal oversight.
· Analyze campaign performance data rigorously to identify opportunities for improvement and execute optimizations that drive growth.
· Strategically manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient and effective use of every dollar spent.
· Develop and execute creative ad strategies in collaboration with the design team that resonates deeply with our target audience.
· Conduct in-depth A/B testing to continually refine ad performance and boost conversion rates.
· Implement sophisticated retargeting strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
· Report on key performance metrics with insights and actionable recommendations that align with our business goals.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
· Integrate and optimize Shopify features, apps, and other tools to enhance campaign performance and the overall customer experience.
· Align performance marketing initiatives with the broader goals of our D2C brand, particularly during new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, though an exceptional track record is valued more than formal qualifications.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on D2C or e-commerce brands.
· Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing large-budget campaigns with substantial ROAS.
· Mastery of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.
· Deep expertise in Shopify, with the ability to leverage its full potential to drive e-commerce success.
· Strong analytical mind, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
· Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering exceptional results.
