Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic **Marketing Manager - Influencer Marketing** to join our Gurgaon office. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s presence across social media platforms by leveraging influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand DNA, drives engagement, and fuels our mission of helping customers become the best versions of themselves.


Strategy Development:

 - Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Protein World’s brand DNA and business objectives.

 - Identify and collaborate with influencers who resonate with our brand values, focusing on authenticity, empowerment, and community-building.

 - Utilize a mix of micro and macro-influencers to maximize reach and engagement, ensuring that every partnership adds value to both the influencer and the brand.


- Campaign Management:

 - Lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that each campaign is aligned with our 12-Step Story of customer empowerment.

 - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts.

 - Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop creative assets that enhance the influencer’s storytelling and amplify the campaign’s impact.


- Relationship Building:

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their experience with Protein World is positive and aligned with our brand ethos.

 - Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets, ensuring that collaborations are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.


-Content Collaboration:

 - Work closely with influencers to co-create content that reflects Protein World’s mission of self-actualization and empowerment.

 - Ensure that all content is visually engaging, on-brand, and resonates with our target audience.


Brand Advocacy:

 - Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Protein World’s values in every interaction with influencers, customers, and stakeholders.

 - Champion the importance of authenticity and honesty in all influencer partnerships, ensuring that Protein World’s messaging is consistent and credible.


- Performance Monitoring:

 - Track and report on the success of influencer campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management and using insights to inform future strategies.

 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to keep Protein World ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.

- Experience working with both micro and macro-influencers across various platforms.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

- Passion for health, wellness, and empowering others on their journey to self-actualization.
