Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for influencer campaigns.
  1. Influencer Identification and Relationship Building:
  • Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key players in the industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, PR) to support campaign execution.
  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content in collaboration with influencers.

  • Curating briefs to ensure creative and effective communication of the products
  • Ensure content is consistent with the brand's voice and style.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on data and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated resources.
  • Bring cost effective agencies on board.
  • Track and report on spending and ROI for influencer activities.
  1. Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to protect the brand and ensure mutual understanding with influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
