Job Summary: The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales. This role involves identifying and building relationships with influential individuals, creating compelling content, and measuring the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for influencer campaigns.
- Influencer Identification and Relationship Building:
- Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key players in the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution.
- Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, PR) to support campaign execution.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content in collaboration with influencers.
- Create buzz and communicating the launch of new product launches with Influencers on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Curating briefs to ensure creative and effective communication of the products
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand's voice and style.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated resources.
- Bring cost effective agencies on board.
- Track and report on spending and ROI for influencer activities.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage contracts and agreements to protect the brand and ensure mutual understanding with influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
