We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive engagement and retention across various channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CLM Platform Expertise: Leverage your 3+ years of hands-on experience with CLM platforms such as Clevertap, MoEngage, or WebEngage to deliver lifecycle automation, dynamic content, and personalized experiences.
  • CLM Framework Leadership: Lead the development and management of the entire CLM framework, focusing on customer lifecycle programs. Utilize data-driven insights to create campaigns that attract new users and re-engage lapsing and dormant segments.
  • Product Positioning & Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive product positioning and launch strategies. This includes crafting messaging, creating collateral, and conducting sales training through various channels like email, webinars, events, and on-site sessions.
  • Retention Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement retention marketing strategies, including Email, Push Notifications, SMS campaigns, and more to keep users engaged and reduce churn.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Drive cross-functional projects aimed at increasing product adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention. Regularly report on key metrics to track progress and impact.
  • Communication Calendar Planning: Plan and manage the delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Homepage inventories, On-site, and Push notifications. Ensure the content is timely, relevant, and engaging for the users
  • Growth Initiatives Management: Spearhead growth initiatives across multiple channels, working in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless execution.
