Software Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Software Implementation Coordinator to oversee the implementation of software solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of Quickbill Software and managing Tally systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization. Fluency in Hindi is required for effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to travel is essential to support implementation at various locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the implementation of Quickbill Software and Tally systems across multiple departments and locations within the organization.

2. Collaborate with software vendors, IT teams, and end-users to ensure successful deployment and integration of software solutions.

3. Conduct training sessions for staff members on the use of Quickbill Software and Tally systems, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues, escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

5. Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures, to support software implementation and usage.

6. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing queries and assisting with process improvements as needed.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in software implementation and coordination, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.

2. Proficiency in Quickbill Software and Tally systems is required.

3. Fluent in Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Willingness to travel to various locations for implementation and support activities.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

8. bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting information technology, or a related field is preferred.
