As a testimony to our client support and relationships, we have clients who started with us in DoS platform currently using our GoodBooks ERP Ver. 4.0, our propriety software, which is an enterprise class solution providing end to end seamless integration of all the functions of a company.

GoodBooks is a modular application allowing clients to integrate their systems as they go by, implementing the modules based on business criticality. Clients include SMEs, Medium and large enterprises across various industries and verticals including manufacturing, Services, Logistics, Retail etc. We have become a platform of choice when it comes to the versatility of the platform combined with implementation speed and customer support.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Management:
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end ERP implementation process.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  1. System Configuration:
  • Configure and customize ERP systems based on business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing software and databases.
  1. User Training:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  1. Data Migration:
  • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
  • Validate and clean data to maintain accuracy.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address technical aspects of implementation.
  1. Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of ERP modules to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations and processes.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials.

Ideal Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably in [Specify industry or ERP software].
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Technical proficiency in ERP systems and related technologies.
  6. Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and system optimization.
