  • We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement team and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process in our garments manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, extensive experience in managing purchase managers, and proficiency in ERP systems and Bill of Materials (BOM). The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations to meet production demands efficiently while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Supply Chain Planning : Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while meeting production requirements.

2. Supplier Relationship Management : Lead and mentor a team of purchase managers to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

3. ERP Implementation and Management : Oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems to streamline procurement processes, manage inventory effectively, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

4. Bill of Materials (BOM) Management : Work closely with production teams to develop and maintain accurate BOMs, ensuring that materials are sourced and utilized efficiently in line with production schedules.

5. Inventory Control and Optimization : Implement inventory management best practices to minimize excess inventory, optimize stock levels, and reduce carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance : Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and oversee compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

7. Cost Management : Analyze pricing trends, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement throughout the supply chain.

8. Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer demand forecasts.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on garment manufacturing and procurement.

3. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams of purchase managers.

4. Expertise in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their implementation and optimization for supply chain management purposes.

5. In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including materials sourcing, production planning, and quality control.

6. Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management and experience in developing and maintaining accurate BOMs.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive data-driven decision-making.

d interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

9. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
