We are searching for a customer-focused and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will be the first line of defense for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our [software/hardware/network] products or services.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to guide customers through resolutions.
  • Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and improve future support.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or development teams when needed.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on new features, bug fixes, and product updates.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training sessions and webinars.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a technical support role or related customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software fundamentals (or relevant technical expertise for your industry).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
