Designation: Jr. / Sr. Technical Recruiter – APAC

Experience level: 2 – 7 Years

Work Location: Noida 62 (WFH available on a case-by-case basis.)

Must: Proven Experience in Malaysia hiring for Semiconductor clients.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with leading semiconductor clients across the APAC region to identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of Malaysia's hiring landscape to strategically source and attract skilled professionals, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles like IC design engineers, process engineers, validation engineers, DFT, Physical Design, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on semiconductor roles.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for APAC, with a special focus on the Malaysia market.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC employment laws and an understanding of the semiconductor industry – from design and development to production.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple roles simultaneously.
