Job Summary:

As the Senior Solution Engineering Lead, you will be part of client engagements and play a pivotal role in leading our solution engineering team, driving pre-sales initiatives, and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients, maintaining high client satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment. In this role, you must have hands-on experience with testing automation tools such as TOSCA, Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and REST Assured.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and manage the solution engineering and pre-sales team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth in automated testing frameworks like TOSCA, Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and REST Assured.

• Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

• Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions for teams on new technologies or solutions, with an emphasis on automated testing tools and frameworks.


2. Solution Engineering:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions that meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments.

• Ensure solutions include robust testing strategies, leveraging your expertise in Web, Mobile, Desktop, API, Performance, and Security testing, using tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and REST Assured.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Software QA methodologies, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.


3. Pre-Sales Activities:

• Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical presentations.

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their challenges.

• Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients, with a focus on automation testing capabilities.

• Provide technical support for RFPs and RFIs, including demonstrating knowledge of advanced testing tools.


4. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries.

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.


5. People Management:

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of solution engineers and pre-sales professionals.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or a related technical role.

• Proven experience in leading and managing solution engineering and pre-sales teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with automation testing tools including TOSCA, Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and REST Assured.

• Strong background in recent STLC methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Excellent client relationship management skills with a track record of delivering successful technical solutions.

• Exceptional people management and leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
