About the Role :

At Darwinbox, a content marketing specialist is a great blend of research and creative content writing. As the fastest growing HCM tech company, Darwinbox is highly passionate about the future of HR function and in turn HR Tech. This role is what brings the capabilities of a research analyst, thought leader, and content writer together. You’ll execute and amplify content strategies that drive engagement, establish thought leadership, and support business growth in global markets. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, research-driven insights, and operational excellence to deliver impactful content across various formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and implement content that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate on multi-format content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and video scripts, tailored for global audiences (MENA, SEA, India, and U.S.).
  • Contribute to campaigns such as market recognitions, GTM launches, and region-specific product initiatives.

2. Research & Thought Leadership

  • Conduct in-depth research on HR trends, technologies, and market insights to develop compelling narratives.
  • Partner with internal SMEs to produce high-quality, research-driven content assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies like Gen-AI tools, ensuring content relevance and innovation.

3. SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Work with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, driving organic growth.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on insights.

4. Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with in-house designers, product marketing team, video producers to create visually engaging and impactful content.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including product marketing and founder-focused PR campaigns.
  • Develop engaging video content, including region-specific content for markets we are present in.

5. Global Content Adaptation

  • Customize content strategies to suit cultural and market-specific needs, ensuring relevance and impact across diverse geographies.
  • Drive initiatives that warm up new markets through localized, research-backed storytelling.

Who Should Apply?

  • Has 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS or HR tech.
  • Is skilled in multi-format content creation—blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, social media posts—with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
