โข Lead & Inspire: Guide, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to excel.
โข Strategize for Success: Design and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
โข Drive Business Growth: Identify new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
โข Master the Pipeline: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and pipeline health.
โข Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing & technical teams to support sales initiatives.
โข Performance Excellence: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure team success.
โข Upskill & Review: Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
โข Client Champion: Manage meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.

โข Industry Insight: Knowledge of IT services, staff augmentation & SDLC.

โข CRM Pro: Expertise in Zoho CRM โ reporting, pipeline management & client communication.
โข Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Qualifications:- B.Com, BBA, BCA, BCS, M.Com, MBA, MCA, MCS.
