Assistant Manager

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure LIMS maintenance & operations. This role will be responsible for configuration, development, reporting and master data creation in LIMS in accordance with technical and functional specifications.
Key Result Areas:
· Responsible for maintenance & smooth functioning of LIMS
· Development of new functionalities & workflows in LIMS
· 3rd party systems integration with LIMS
· Debug all pieces of the system and identify root cause of issues
· Understand and address the queries on structure of LIMS
· Demonstrate the impact of changes on all functionality in the system
· Coordinate team on development of new features
· Conducts product demos with stakeholders
· Coordinates release notes with documentation management team
What we are looking for:
The role will involve identifying LIMS Functionality issue and ensure smooth operation.
· Hands on experience of 5 + years at least in management of LIMS/ HIS
· Hands on experience on integrating and communication protocols or methodologies
· Hands on experience in database management & data extraction
· Ability to communicate well on all levels with both internal and external clients
· Nice to have exposure on new technologies i.e. Mobility, Cloud, IoT, AI, Bockchain etc.
Skills and Qualifications
· Excellent understanding of LIMS development & OEM
· Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
· Understand the high level problem and provide set of solutions to solve it using machine learning or otherwise
· Candidate having experience in softwares like: Sufalam, Livehealth, Labvantage, STARLIMS, ITDOSE, Labware, Qualis LIMS, Thermofisher LIMS, Attune can also apply.
Qualification:
- B.Tech in CS /IT
- BCA, MCA
