Job Purpose:


The Head of Finance at Eternal Robotics will strategically manage the company’s financial resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial leadership to drive sustainable growth. This role is crucial in shaping the financial future of the company and ensuring its long-term success.


JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES and JOB CONTENT

  1. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability. Oversee treasury operations and optimize liquidity.
  3. Regulatory Compliances: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
  4. Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals. Conduct financial planning and analysis to guide decision-making.
  5. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  6. Bookkeeping Activities: Oversee bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate financial records. Implement and maintain effective accounting systems.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  1. Qualification: Professional degree in Finance (CA, CFA or any equivalent degree)
  2. Experience: 10 years of experience in financial leadership role.
  3. Skills:

a. Financial Management & Reporting: Expertise in managing and reporting financial data.

b. Financial Planning and Analysis: Strong skills in financial planning and analysis.

c. Analytical Reasoning: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

d. Interdisciplinary Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to solve complex problems across different disciplines.

e. Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders.

f. Strategic Financial Leadership: Proven experience in strategic financial leadership.

g. Corporate Governance and Risk Management: Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management practices.

h. Multi-tasking & Handling High-volume Workloads: Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume workloads effectively
