R K SWAMY Ltd. is looking to hire a professional in the field of finance and administration. The person will be responsible to take care of all the finance and admin related activities for the designated branch office.


Role: Finance and Admin Manager

Location: Hyderabad/Kolkata

Experience: 5 - 9 Years

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in related fields.


Role:

  1. Handle the day-to-day accounting activities of the branch office. and ensuring accurate and timely customer deliverables.
  2. Handle all tax related compliances and activities.
  3. Reconciliation of Debtor and Creditor Accounts, and assisting with a variety of accounting reconciliations as required, including /prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts.
  4. Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure an efficient front office.
  5. Ensure that the office is maintained in good order to provide a productive working environment.
  6. Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
  7. Organize internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops.
  8. Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role.
