Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Finance Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the financial success of our organization. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has extensive experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • More than 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to provide accurate and timely reports
  • Prepare and present financial statements and forecasts to senior management
  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure adequate liquidity
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
