Joining our team means being part of a vibrant company that values innovation and quality in every aspect of our business.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Warehouse Specialist will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packing, inventory management, and unloading of goods. The role also involves operating equipment like pallet jacks and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space to support the company's supply chain requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage Shopify COD orders, dispatches, returns, and remittances.Oversee operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, andZepto — ensuring timely booking, dispatch, and payment tracking.Coordinate with courier partners and handle POC communication for deliveries,delays, and customer queries.Manage inventory, warehouse audits, and packaging procurement.Support B2B dispatches with Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit, and Amazon FBA.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (consumer brandexperience preferred).Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, inventory management, and POC handling.Good English communication is very important for customer support and coordination.Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto, and relatedQualificationsProven abilities in Shipping & Receiving and managing Packing tasks efficientlyExperience in Unloading and handling materials safely in a fast-paced warehouse environmentProficiency in Inventory Control and maintaining stock accuracyFamiliarity with using Pallet Jacks and other warehouse equipmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsPrior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus
