Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services/ ERP solutions (SAP/Odoo)/ contract staffing. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This remote position has flexible working hours, ideal for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in business development.


Qualifications


- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in IT services, ERP (SAP/Odoo), or contract staffing solutions

- Strong understanding of IT services, ERP solutions, and contract staffing industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Ability to work remotely and manage flexible working hours
