Designation: Senior/ Lead Engineer - (Simulation)
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of 4G and 5G RAN protocols at all layers with focus on the lower layers
- In depth understanding of 3GPP standards related to 4G and 5G RAN
- System Simulation experience in simulating eNodeB and RAN network
- Specific experience with Matlab based simulation development or NS3 based simulation development is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to devise scenarios for simulation in order to focus on a particular area, specifically related to MAC scheduling, RRM
- Good communication skills and elaboration skills to convince development team on implementation approaches based on simulation results
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in 4G/5G RAN simulation
- High level of expertise in 4G and 5G protocol details
- Process oriented, results obsessed, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Self-motivated, ability to lead others by example rather than position
- Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication / Telecommunication / Computer Science, Masters Engineering Degree preferred
