We are actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. This role specifically focuses on marketing categories, including advertising, events, video production, digital marketing, Celebrity / KOL / Influencers management and promotional activities.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for marketing categories to achieve cost savings, value improvements, and risk mitigation.

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure competitive pricing.

• Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and service requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

• Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, legal and other cross-functional teams to understand their needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all purchasing activities within the marketing categories.

• Process Improvement:

• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.

• Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management to drive continuous improvement.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.


Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.


Experience:

• 6-9 years of experience in indirect purchasing with a strong focus on marketing categories.

• Proven track record of managing marketing spend and delivering cost savings


Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
