We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage studio's supply of products and services. Our Procurement Manager will be supply chain and logistics expert who will specialize in implementing cost-effective purchases of good/furniture and services, as required by the Studio. Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures on supply chain management will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role.


Responsibilities

• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies

• Knowledge of nuances in an Interior design ecosystem for procurement.

• Should have comprehensive understanding of civil, furniture, soft furnishing, HVAC and automation scope for a residential and commercial unit.

• Should have a database of at least 5 suppliers in each category mentioned above.

• Should have experienced one cycle in commodities and metals.

• Identify and engage potential suppliers/vendors based on project requirements

• Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with them regarding pricing, quality of supply etc. to secure advantageous terms

• Build and maintain long term relationship with suppliers/vendors and act as a point of contact between studio and suppliers

• Monitor and update relevant functions regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing

• Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production

• Control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs


Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration.

· Proven experience of minimum 7years in managing supply chain operations in interior designing or Capex purchase.

· Management and leadership skills.

· Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
