Designation : Assistant General Manager - Employee Logistics


Qualification & Experience:


  • Any graduate/ post- graduate with 7 - 11 years’ experience in handling employee logistics (preferably in ITES industry)
  • Procurement experience working in a large complex organization on PAN India basis
  • Strategic Sourcing and Tendering
  • Supplier Management and Development


Brief Job description:


  • Pro-actively and independently identify and propose cost savings projects and optimization opportunities within the category.
  • Liaise with suppliers and other external parties to source information required by the supply management team.
  • Compile presentations and communications to inform the business of the Supply Chain and Procurement strategy and agenda.
  • Develop best in class strategies for ensuring a successful implementation of Employee Logistics category.
  • Managing RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s where all information and bidding follow relevant laws and regulations and are strictly adhered to.
  • Assist with a procurement process review and provide recommendations for change.
  • Assist and execute the tendering and negotiation of designated services in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Liaise with Operations to source new suppliers ensuring the required quality, price and support in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Liaise with operations to receive feedback and improve the performance of suppliers.
