We are seeking for a candidate, who will help us:

  • To provide support with a range of procurement activity across the India.



Main responsibilities:

  • Provision of commercial advice and management of a range of procurement activity with a long-term view of supporting a centralised procurement function.
  • Procurement all kinds of materials, mashines e.g. C class Material, tools, PPEs, general mech, piping, elect consumables for site works, SS, CS, GI Piping material across India.
  • Strong knowledge of food, FMCG, piping industries.
  • Communicate & manage expectations of internal customers India wide.
  • Sourcing manpower/ skilled labor contractors, MEP contractors for onsite works.
  • Strong knowledge of large pool of onsite subcontractors.
  • Responsible for costs, response time, approval system, P2P cycle



Experience and qualifications required:

  • Knowledge of large pool of onsite subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of fabrication contractors in Pune & North India.
  • Specialist Procurement qualification (MCIPS or equivalent)
  • Previous 1-3 years of experience in a similar procurement role within engineering services or the construction industry.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with major suppliers.
  • In depth understanding the relevant regulatory and legislative issues.
  • Proven experience of meeting the procurement needs of internal customers.
  • Experience in procurement in resource management in professional services

  • Excellent planning and management skills, (work planning and resources).
  • Communicates effectively at the highest levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
