Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience working with Salesforce and possess strong analytical skills to support our business objectives. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of Salesforce to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to collect, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Salesforce Solution Design:
- Collaborate with the development team to design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and data models to support the technical implementation.
- Implementation and Project Management:
- Support the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Assist in planning project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- User Training and Support:
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of other CRM platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing processes.
- Knowledge of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
